SGT WILBUR'S FITNESS SECTION Paul Williams is the old boy that you see running around the outfield of an evening before he retires to the bar for a half a shandy. He played for Gloucester Rugby Club for a number of years and has had a successful coaching career as well as being a top-rate dentist. Just look at the teeth of those at the club!!! This is his section to help with cricket related fitness. If you need any further advice just buy him a soft drink and he will be sure to help. This is the most important aspect of any training program that you commence. In order to find the correct program for you, a complete fitness test should be carried out by a qualified person. Once your level of fitness has been measured, any weakness can be improved upon. It is unwise for any individual to skip this test, as their health will have strong bearings on the results. Answer the following, any yes answers, then visit your doctor to get a medical examination, explaining to them that you are about to embark on a exercise program.
